Favorite Fit Kitchen Meal – Get shredded hash with some Allo coffee creamer to start the day with a good dose of protein
Favorite Way To Stay Active – I really enjoy boxing to stay fit as I think it really helps with my footwork and stamina when I’m on stage.Drew Gregory has been a staple of the Western Canadian music scene for several years; his hard-won fan base, as well as the commercial success, was earned through deep-rooted honesty and authenticity in both the songs that Gregory writes and sings. Gregory can light up any stage, connect with his audience and deliver a show-stopping performance, whether it’s an intimate gathering or for thousands of people. Gregory is a three-time Country Music Alberta Horizon Male and the inaugural YYC Male Artist of the Year, Song of the Year (Better in a Bar), and Album of the Year (I Was There). Drew Gregory was the recipient of 50,000.00 from Project Wild. With the new single, Neon Time recently released and an album expected soon, there is a bubbling excitement and anticipation within the music scene for what just may be Gregory’s most confident, vibrant, and exciting creative outpouring. .

Favorite Fit Kitchen Meal – Got to be the "Get Gainz Gnocchi ''. It's excellent to replenish my energy stores after morning practice and sits well in preparation for the afternoon training ahead!
Favorite Way To Stay Active – Going for a hike! When you live near the mountains, it's tough to pass up any opportunity to escape the city and go on a little adventure. My name is Hayden Mayeur and I am a member of the Canadian National Long Track Speed Skating Team. Back in 2015, I moved from Toronto, ON in order to chase down my dreams at the Olympic Oval. Presently, I am very thankful to get to call Calgary home and have fallen in love with western Canada. Following this past 22/23 season, I can proudly say I am a two time World Cup Medallist in the TP and Mass Start and Vice World Champion alongside my teammates again, in the Team Pursuit. There is still plenty of work to be done to get to the next level but my eyes are set on the 2026 Olympic Games in Italy! .
