Get answers to some of the most common questions we get from our customers.

Your subscription payment will go through every Thursday.  You will receive a reminder text on Wednesday’s if you would like to update your weekly selections.

To Cancel:  Login to your account and go to the ‘My Account’ page.  Select My Subscriptions – Cancel Subscription.  Select to either cancel immediately or select the date you would like to cancel by and save.  If payment has already processed for your next delivery and you would like to cancel, you must call 587-839-2348 for us to cancel and refund the order. 


To Pause: Login to your account and go to the ‘My Account’ page.  Select My Subscriptions – Schedule Subscription Freeze.  Select the date you would like to pause your subscription until and save.

If you would like to receive your meals automatically each week, select SUBSCRIBE WEEKLY in your cart at checkout.  Subscriptions can be cancelled/paused/update directly through your account.  Subscription payments are processed every Thursday.

Cancellations can be made with full refund up to 24 hours in advance of your delivery window.  If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours we will not be able to provide a full refund.  Please email us at or 587-835-2348 to confirm.

Delivery is free on orders $75+.  If you live in Okotoks, Airdrie, Chestermere, or Cochrane delivery is $10 on orders over $75, and $25 on orders under $75

We deliver our meals in a refrigerated van.  If another vehicle is used for delivery the meals will be packed with cooler packs.

All meals are prepped fresh for delivery and will have a shelf life of 4 – 5 days.  Fit Kitchen meals can also be frozen.
