This is a $5 flat fee per order that covers re-useable delivery bags, sanitization, ice packs, and recyclable containers.

Fit Kitchen subscription and meal plan orders are only charged the fee one time.

Kangaroo Rewards is our loyalty program platform.  You will occasionally receive emails from them as part of our Fit Rewards program indicating when you have levelled up or earned a special reward.

Silver = 150

Gold = 3300

Platinum VIP = 7700

Points can be earned when placing orders online.  Redeeming points WILL NOT move you down to a lower level, your status is accumulative of all points earned!

Bonus points may be awarded on indicated special  items or for activities like following on social media or referring a friend.

Any points on account and your level will reset after 1 year of inactivity.

Silver members earn 1 point per dollar spent

Gold members earn 2 points per dollar spent

Platinum VIP:
Platinum VIP members will earn 3 points per dollar spent. It pays to be a VIP! Platinum members will get to try out new meals and snacks for free plus receive exclusive partner benefits and experiences.

Your Fit Kitchen order will be delivered in a re-useable thermal delivery bag.
This helps us help the planet, while ensuring your tasty Fit meals are kept fresher than ever in a sanitized, super-chilled bag. You can choose to keep the bag or return it to our driver on your next delivery for it to be sanitized and re-used.

You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX.

We can also accept E-transfer.  Please contact us directly to set up an order with E-transfer payment.

Your subscription payment will go through every Thursday.  You will receive a reminder text on Wednesday’s if you would like to update your weekly selections.
