If you have a pending order for delivery please contact us directly at 587-839-2348 or info@fitkitchen.ca to change your delivery info.

If you do not have a pending order you can easily change your delivery information through your FitKitchen.ca account under the ‘my account’ section.

Yes you are able to customize your plan to meet your preferences/goals. Changes must be provided with minimum 24 hours notice of your next delivery day or the change may not be able to be accommodated.

Cancellations can be made with full refund up to 24 hours in advance of your delivery window.  If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours we will not be able to provide a full refund.  Please email us at info@fitkitchen.ca or 587-835-2348 to confirm.

Delivery is free on orders $75+.  If you live in Okotoks, Airdrie, Chestermere, or Cochrane delivery is $10 on orders over $75, and $25 on orders under $75

We deliver our meals in a refrigerated van.  If another vehicle is used for delivery the meals will be packed with cooler packs.

All meals are prepped fresh for delivery and will have a shelf life of 4 – 5 days.  Fit Kitchen meals can also be frozen.

Calgary 7 days per week, Airdrie Sunday and Wednesday, Okotoks Saturday and Tuesday, Chestermere Saturday and Tuesday, Cochrane Sunday and Wednesday

We offer over 50 meals, salads, and snacks regularly.  Seasonally we add in new items and offer feature meals.
