Your subscription payment will go through every Thursday. You will receive a reminder text on Wednesday’s if you would like to update your weekly selections.

To Cancel: Login to your FitKitchen.ca account and go to the ‘My Account’ page. Select My Subscriptions – Cancel Subscription. Select to either cancel immediately or select the date you would like to cancel by and save. If payment has already processed for your next delivery and you would like to cancel, you must call 587-839-2348 for us to cancel and refund the order.
To Pause: Login to your FitKitchen.ca account and go to the ‘My Account’ page. Select My Subscriptions – Schedule Subscription Freeze. Select the date you would like to pause your subscription until and save.

If you would like to receive your meals automatically each week, select SUBSCRIBE WEEKLY in your cart at checkout. Subscriptions can be cancelled/paused/update directly through your FitKitchen.ca account. Subscription payments are processed every Thursday.
