Select your delivery date, choose your meals or meal plan, and place your order

Step 2: Local Alberta Delivery

Get your meals delivered right to your home or office. We offer delivery options as soon as the next day, no waiting in advance!

Step 3: Eat and Enjoy, No Cooking Required!

Your meals are ready to eat! All you have to do is heat up your meal in your preferred method - Microwave, Oven, or Pan. Fit Kitchen meals are also great to freeze as needed!

What to Expect

You will receive text updates on your order status throughout the delivery day
Orders are delivered in reusable cooler bags with ice packs

If You're Not Home

We recommend:

Leaving a cooler outside for your delivery
Designating a cool, safe space where your order can be left

Please Note: If you're not home and we cannot safely leave your order, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee depending on your area.

Is Fit Kitchen a subscription service?

We offer the ability to place a one time order or sign up for a weekly subscription.

Does the menu change?

We offer over 50 meals, salads, and snacks regularly. Seasonally we add in new items and offer feature meals.
