Order Your Meals

Step 1:

Pick Out Meals

Select your delivery date, choose your meals or meal plan, and place your order.

Step 2:

Local Delivery

Get your meals delivered right to your home or office. These meals are delivered in a refrigerated van to keep your food fresh!

Step 3:

Heat and Enjoy

Heat in microwave for 1 to 3 minutes. Fit Kitchen meals are also great to freeze as needed!

What is Fit Kitchen?

We are a Calgary based healthy meal company. We provide portion controlled, nutrition labelled, dietitian approved meals, snacks, and meal plans to help make healthy eating easy and delicious.

Fit Kitchen is for everyone! Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve athletic performance, have a busy lifestyle, or just want to eat well Fit Kitchen has healthy prepped meals and meal plans for all types of individuals.

Free delivery on orders $125+
$10 delivery fee on orders under $125
Surrounding Calgary area: $25 fee or free on orders over $125

Surrounding Communities

Airdrie & Cochrane: Sundays and Wednesdays
Okotoks & Chestermere: Saturdays and Tuesdays

Banff & Canmore

$15 delivery fee
Delivery available Sundays, 4–8 PM
Free delivery is not available in this area at this time

Edmonton & Red Deer

$15 delivery fee or free on orders over $125
Delivery Sunday–Friday, 3–8 PM

Order Deadlines

Orders can be placed for next day delivery up till midnight depending on delivery availability.

Delivery Day Details

You’ll receive text updates on your order status the day of delivery.
Orders are delivered in reusable cooler bags.
If you won’t be home, we recommend leaving a cooler or designating a cool, safe place for your delivery.
If we’re unable to leave your order safely, a re-delivery fee may apply depending on your area.

Is Fit Kitchen a subscription service?

We offer the ability to place a one time order or sign up for a weekly subscription. Subscriptions can be updated anytime through your online account.

Does the menu change?

We offer over 50 meals, salads, and snacks regularly. Seasonally we add in new items and offer feature meals.
