Fit Kitchen x F45 Kingsland: Roozbeh’s 8-Week Challenge
In March, our Business Development Specialist, Roozbeh, decided he wanted to change his habits, but he didn’t know how to balance healthy eating and working out with his busy routine. Roozbeh committed to working out at F45 Kingsland at least three times a week, focusing on resistance training and hybrid workouts. He also followed a customized high-protein meal plan created by our nutrition specialist, Giulia, five days a week. Since his main goal was fat loss, the strategy focused on a calorie deficit while prioritizing protein intake to help preserve muscle mass. After eight weeks, Roozbeh achieved amazing results, proof of his dedication and consistency! In addition to losing 11.9 pounds, he also reduced his waist by 11.75 inches, a strong indicator that he lost visceral fat, the most harmful type of fat when it comes to cardiovascular health. What was your main goal going into the 8-week challenge?
My main goal was to lose body fat and shrink my waistline, but I also really wanted to maintain as much muscle as possible along the way. What was the most challenging part of the experience for you?

It’s wild how much of a difference that consistency makes. Once that structure was there again, everything felt easier to manage.
What felt surprisingly easy or enjoyable during the challenge?
I didn’t expect to enjoy the process as much as I did! Having the meals ready to go took a huge weight off my shoulders. It gave me one less thing to stress about during the day. And honestly, seeing the progress week by week, whether it was my energy, mood, or the actual number, kept me going. There was something satisfying about knowing I was showing up for myself every day.
