Get answers to some of the most common questions we get from our customers.

To Cancel:  Login to your account and go to the ‘My Account’ page.  Select My Subscriptions – Cancel Subscription.  Select to either cancel immediately or select the date you would like to cancel by and save.  If payment has already processed for your next delivery and you would like to cancel, you must call 1-855-773-4743 or email us at for us to cancel and refund the order. 


To Pause: Login to your account and go to the ‘My Account’ page.  Select My Subscriptions – Schedule Subscription Freeze.  Select the date you would like to pause your subscription until and save.

If you would like to receive your meals automatically each week, select SUBSCRIBE WEEKLY in your cart at checkout.  Subscriptions can be cancelled/paused/update directly through your account.  Subscription payments are processed every Thursday.

Cancellations can be made with full refund up to 24 hours in advance of your delivery window.  If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours we will not be able to provide a full refund.  Please email us at or 1-855-773-4743 to confirm.

We deliver our meals in a refrigerated van.  If another vehicle is used for delivery the meals will be packed with cooler packs.  Your meals are also packed in a re-useable cooler bag. 

All meals are prepped fresh for delivery. Film sealed meals will have a shelf life of 7 days. Non-film sealed meals will have a shelf life of 4 – 5 days.  Fit Kitchen meals can also be frozen for up to 30 days.

Free delivery on orders $100+, $10 on orders under $100

Calgary surrounding area:
Airdrie/Cochrane Sunday and Wednesday
Okotoks/Chestermere Saturday and Tuesday
$25 Fee, or $15 on orders over $100

Edmonton & Red Deer
$10 Regular Delivery Fee

7 Days a week, 3pm – 8pm delivery window

Edmonton and Red Deer delivery orders must be placed two days in advance of the delivery date.  Ex.  For Monday delivery your order must be in by 11:59pm on Saturday


On the day of your delivery you will receive update texts on your order status.  Orders are delivered in re-useable cooler bags.  If you are not able to be home to receive your order we recommend leaving a cooler out for your delivery or a cool safe space that your order can be left.  If you are not home to receive your delivery and we are not able to leave your order at your order or a secure place you may be subject to a re-delivery fee depending on your area.

We offer over 50 meals, salads, and snacks regularly.  Seasonally we add in new items and offer feature meals.
