We deliver our meals in a refrigerated van. If another vehicle is used for delivery the meals will be packed with cooler packs. Your meals are also packed in a re-useable cooler bag.
All meals are prepped fresh for delivery. Film sealed meals will have a shelf life of 7 days. Non-film sealed meals will have a shelf life of 4 – 5 days. Fit Kitchen meals can also be frozen for up to 30 days.

Order Deadlines
Orders can be placed for next day delivery up till midnight depending on delivery availability.
Delivery Day Details
- You’ll receive text updates on your order status the day of delivery.
- Orders are delivered in reusable cooler bags.
- If you won’t be home, we recommend leaving a cooler or designating a cool, safe place for your delivery.
- If we’re unable to leave your order safely, a re-delivery fee may apply depending on your area.
We offer over 50 meals, salads, and snacks regularly. Seasonally we add in new items and offer feature meals.
Our containers are microwave safe and can be heated for 90 to 120 seconds. You can also transfer your meal into an oven safe container and reheat in your oven.
Most Fit Kitchen meals are available in a small and large size. Small meals will have a 3oz portion of protein and are generally for women. Large meals will have a 5oz portion of protein and are generally for men.

We offer the ability to place a one time order or sign up for a weekly subscription. Subscriptions can be updated anytime through your online account.
